Where It All Began

LOT is an acronym for Least of These, a reference to Matthew 25:40, “To the extent that you served one of these brothers of mine, even the least of these, you did it to me.” We believe that when we love and serve other human beings, we are actually loving and serving Jesus.

The LOT Project was founded in 2009. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, located in Anderson, South Carolina. Our founders, Matt Beasley and Jason Ashley, started with a simple effort to minister to the families and children of the Alphabet Streets neighborhood. Their efforts blossomed into a multi-faceted organization which operates four programs that serve our neighbors in creative and empowering ways. Click below to read more.

We invite you to attend one of our monthly volunteer orientations to learn about all the various ways you can plug in and lend a hand. We also invite you to consider giving either a financial gift or a gift of items we can use to further our mission and our ministry. Click below to read more.
